Spring Training 2009 in Fort Myers, Florida
Major League Baseball’s Spring Training begins at the end of the second week of February 2009. Pitchers and catchers report for the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers during that time. The first Spring Training game for the 2009 season in Ft. Myers is on February 25th between the Twins and Red Sox. The game will be the first of five meetings between the two baseball teams that train in Fort Myers during the spring.
